Our rates range from
$135 for midweek fall & winter, to $260 for summer and holidays
AND the tax is included!

Major
Holidays.........do NOT rent at seasonal rates. They range
from $220-$250 a night.
Spring break March 19 - March 31, full week
required at $1,600
Fourth of July week
full week required, at $1,700.
Otherwise there is a
two night minimum. Tax included! So there are no surprises on top of
your bill. Rates are subject to change, but once your reservation is
confirmed your rate is confirmed. For first time renters, a deposit
($200) will be required. Cleaning fee of $85 for up to 6 guests. Over 6
guests, $10 extra per person one time fee. $75 cleaning fee when only
two people rent the house.
Sometimes we make a deal if dates
have not rented and the timeframe is near, but our rates are very fair
and we generally do not adjust them. We invite you to compare with
other oceanfront houses, and to read what our guests have to stay.
Many of our guest are repeat visitors year after year.
