Spring break week (March 21) and Fourth of July week (July 3) are
the only times we require a full week rental. Otherwise there
is a two night minimum.
Tax included. Rates
are subject to change, but once your reservation is confirmed your
rate is confirmed.. For first time renters, a deposit ($200) will
be required. Cleaning fee of $85 for up to 6 guests. Over 6
guests, $10 extra per person one time fee. $75 cleaning fee
when only two people rent the house |
